Kathleen O'Meara

Through her own personal experience and work in volunteering Kathleen saw firsthand how knowledge and movement come together to empower clients to achieve well-being and quality of life; inspiring her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. She graduated from Queen’s University in 2017 with a Master of Physiotherapy degree and began working in the clinical setting following.

Kathleen works with clients who are seeking injury management, post-op rehab, pain management, education and restoration of loss of mobility. She has taken numerous continuing education courses on the topics of nerve pain, chronic pain, orthopedics, acupuncture and client pain education. She also has a special interest in working with those who are experiencing concussions, dizziness and vestibular impairments. She enjoys learning and continues to seek out course work that best aligns with her client population.

Kathleen believes that each client comes with their own set of experiences and abilities which become a valuable part of each client’s individualized treatment plan. She enjoys working one-on-one with her clients; learning from them and helping them to achieve their goals.
