We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to connect with our services through our secure practice management system.
Self Referral and Scheduling : To register yourself as a new client, please click the link below for Self Referral and Scheduling, which will bring you to our secure client system. You will be prompted to create a client login and profile, provide us
with information yourself and the support you are seeking, review our practice policies and consent to therapy treatment forms.
Contact us : If you prefer to connect with our services through an intake by telephone, our team member Danielle is available to support you weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. Danielle prides herself on assisting clients with the intake process for our services, and matching you with a therapist on our team.
