Michelle Williams

Michelle believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties. Working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, suicide ideation and trauma, Michelle's approach is client centered and collaborative, emphasizing the importance of connection and building relationships to best support the therapy journey. What Michelle loves most about being a mental health professional is being a part of someone’s journey in helping themselves.  

 

Michelle is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Counselling Therapist who has been providing counselling services to adolescents and adults for 10 years.  Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, MSCE in Guidance and Counselling, she is certified in DBT Skills, EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.  Michelle also enjoys working within the frameworks of CBT and teaching clients the benefits of mindfulness skills.
