This can create a feeling of being overwhelmed that affects every area of our lives and can impact those around us. My experience includes working with mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem and emotional issues, trauma, stress management, relationship and communication difficulties and with parenting challenges. I use different modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy and any approach taken will be sensitive to your needs and current situation.
